- If you were currently auto-enrolled at 3%, we will add a 1% annual increase up to 15% each April, starting in 2016.
- For a new hire entering the plan in 2016, you will be auto-enrolled at a new 6% rate. We will add a 1% annual increase schedule each April as well, but your first increase will not start until April 2017.
- If you were not auto enrolled, we would add a 1% annual increase up to 15% for you each April, starting in 2016
